Low FODMAP pumpkin soup

Halloween is approaching! Here is an easy recipe for a low FODMAP pumpkin soup.
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 10-20 minutes
1kg of pumpkins
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon of crème fraiche
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Put the pumkins, potatoes and nutmeg in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and boil for 10-18 minutes. Put the boiled pumpkins and potatoes in a mixer and add the crème fraiche.
Your soup is ready to serve! Enjoy!
